miRNAscope™ Control Probes for Manual and Automated Assays

Universal positive probes and negative control probes are needed to run with human or mouse control slides for a quality control check of the technique and with your sample for the sample or RNA quality control check.ACD provides universal positive control probes that target the Nuclear RNA U6 gene. Negative control probes target a universal scramble sequence.The detected expression level of your target RNA may vary from the positive control expression level because Nuclear U6 expression level is very high.

 

miRNAscope™ Control Slides for Manual and Automated Assays

The miRNAscope™ control slides are essential to verify assay conditions.  ACD strongly recommends that all new users begin their miRNAscope™ Assay experience by selecting human or mouse control slides and run the assay with positive and negative control probes. This first run would serve as an assay control check before performing runs using your target probes and samples.

Introducing the highly specific and sensitive miRNAscope™ Assay to detect small RNAs with spatial and morphological context at single-cell resolution.  Leveraging ACD’s RNAscope™ core technology, the miRNAscope assay is designed to enable applications for small RNAs including the detection of antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), microRNAs (miRNAs), small interfering RNAs (siRNAs), and other smaller RNAs that are 17-50 bases.

The miRNAscope LS Assay is designed as an automated assay on the Leica Biosystems' BOND RX Research Advanced Staining System. RNAscope™ HiPlex v2 Assays

RNAscope HiPlex v2 assay is an expansion of the RNAscope HiPlex assay platform, an advanced, in situ hybridization (ISH) tool to understand vital gene expression patterns at single cell resolution. The new assay generates precise gene expression data, enabling comprehensive spatial studies from 12 targets in FFPE samples and up to 48 targets in Fresh and Fixed Frozen sample types.

Control Probes for Manual Assays - BaseScope™ Duplex

Species-specific positive and negative control BaseScope™ probes are required to run with human or mouse control slides for the technical quality control check and with your samples for sample RNA quality check. ACD provides BaseScope™ positive control probes that target species-specific housekeeping genes (PPIB and POLR2A) and BaseScope™ negative control probes that target the bacterial DapB gene.
