ACD has curated a collection of dozens of pre-sourced validated and un-validated tissue blocks, available to our PAS customers, to support the development of ISH probes and assays. The tissue bank contains:
- A wide variety of normal and cancerous human tissues
- A complete set of cynomolgus monkey tissues with replicates from males and females
- Multi-organ tissue arrays for mouse and rat
- HPV control cell pellet array
- Control HeLa cell pellets
Our tissue bank makes this set of high quality samples easy to access, and the variety ensures that suitable tissues for validating and optimizing your ISH probes and assays are immediately available.
Save time and cost
Tissue samples from the ACD tissue bank can be used directly in your PAS study, eliminating the need to validate and provide your own tissue samples, or to source and purchase samples from a 3rd party vendor, which may otherwise take 2-3 weeks.
Removing the need to QC untested tissues, our validated tissue samples have a 100% pass rate, and are confirmed to have good RNA quality. Our PAS scientists have also optimized pretreatment conditions for these samples to ensure the successful use of RNAscope, resulting in a streamlined workflow for your probe and assay development.
Our Assay Services team can also help fulfil your histological needs like tissue FFPE/OCT embedding, sectioning, cell pellet embedding, CPA or tissue array preparation amongst others.
