ACD’s Professional Assay Services now offers multiomic detection of proteins and RNAs on the same section. This service leverages RNAscope™ technology to combine sensitive antibody-based protein detection with highly sensitive and specific RNAscope assays.
This multiomic service provides:
- Service provides multiomic capability to detect protein and RNA targets on the same section.
- Any combination of any 12 protein or RNAs can be detected simultaneously.
- Available pre-configured panel of antibodies targeting 8 common immuno-oncology protein targets which can be customized or combined with any 4 additional protein or RNA targets
- End-to-end service from sample procurement, protein and RNA target detection, imaging, data analysis, and reporting.
