RNAscope is a robust technology that identifies RNA expression patterns and localization at the single cell level with spatial and morphologic context. The RNAscope technology is highly sensitive and specific due to its propriety double ZZ probe design, resulting in an extremely high signal-to-noise ratio of staining in FFPE tissues, allowing diagnostic pathologists to visualize, localize, and quantify biomarker expression simultaneously.

RNAscope ISH Fully Automated
ACD has partnered with Leica Biosystems to develop the fully automated BOND RNAscope Brown Detection Reagents for use on the BOND III Advanced Staining Platform. The BOND RNAscope Technology provides a plug-and-play RNA ISH solution that fits seamlessly with existing clinical lab workflows. The clinically proven standard protocol on the BOND-III provides superior accuracy, reproducibility, and reliability. Chromogenic detection allows for standard bright-field evaluation by pathologists, similar to IHC. The detection kit has been optimized for diagnostic and clinical use on the Bond III Advanced Staining Clinical Platform. BOND RNAscope Brown Detection Reagents will be marketed, sold and supported by Leica Biosystems.
