Obtain exceptional sensitivity with RNAscope™ 2.5 LS Assay - now even faster with a simpler run set-up. Advanced Cell Diagnostics introduces RNAscope 2.5 LSx Reagent Kit - RED, our first pre-filled assay designed to be used as an automated assay on the Leica Biosystems' BOND RX Research Advanced Staining System.  With volumes to accommodate the processing of 60 slides, the RNA ISH reagents come pre-filled in Bond Rx containers fixed on two trays and include Fast Red chromogen, hematoxylin, bluing and protease.

The RNAscope 2.5 LSx Reagent Kit - RED is a robust assay that produces reliable results, ideal for archiving due to permanent staining. This kit utilizes Fast Red dye, the standard in molecular pathology diagnostics and is ideal when low copy target gene expression is anticipated (1-20 copies per cell).  The results are visible under standard bright field microscopy and are comparable to the existing RNAscope 2.5 LS assay.

Probe Compatibility

The RNAscope 2.5 LSx reagents utilize the existing RNAscope 2.5 LS Probes for optimal performance.

 

Simple and Rapid Run Set Up

The RNAscope 2.5 LSx Reagent Kit- RED with pre-assembled reagent trays significantly decreases the set up time at the bench and instrument. Furthermore, the barcoded containers enable accurate scanning and recording of reagents lot numbers. Run preparation is simple:

  1. Scan and register trays and reagents
  2. Establish run parameters
  3. Select staining protocol
  4. Start your run
