Universal Pretreatment Reagents is a pretreatment reagent bundle for users likely to switch across different tissue types. It contains hydrogen peroxide (2 bottles) , target retrieval (4 bottles), Protease Plus (2 bottles), Protease III (2 bottles) and Protease IV (2 bottles). With these reagents, prepare your samples for RNAscope manual assay with any of the following - FFPE, Fresh frozen or Fixed frozen tissues and or Adherent or Cultured Cells. Note:Compatible with RNAscope and BaseScope Amplification reagents.

RNAscope™ Multiplex Fluorescent Reagent Kit v2 is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent dye for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit (PN 323110), RNAscope H202 and Protease Reagents (PN 322381) and RNAscope Target Retrieval reagents (322000), RNAscope Wash Buffer (PN 310091).

RNAscope™ Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit v2 is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent dye for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability. Each detection kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit (PN 323110). Opal fluorophores from Akoya Biosciences must be purchased separately (Opal 520, PN FP1487001KT; Opal 570, PN FP1488001KT; Opal 690, PN FP1497001KT).

RNAscope™ 4-Plex Ancillary kit is designed to work with RNAscope Multiplex Flourescent Reagent Kit v2 (323100) for 4 plex fluorescent in situ hybridization. It contains C4 HRP and blocker. Note: Opal fluorophores from Akoya Biosciences must be purchased separately (Opal 520, PN FP1487001KT; Opal 570, PN FP1488001KT; Opal 620, PN FP1495001KT; Opal 690, PN FP1497001KT). Multi spectral imaging systems are required for adequate imaging of 4 plex fluorescent images

The RNAscope™ 2.5 High Definition(HD)- RED Assay, is based on ACD's patented signal amplification and background suppression technology. The 2.5 HD version is a high sensitive RNA ISH technique and can be used for low expressing gene targets. The RNAscope™ 2.5 HD Reagent Kit-RED assay includes the Fast Red dye offers a higher contrast and is the first choice in situ hybridization applications where chromogenic staining with DAB is less desirable, such as staining of highly pigmented lung, liver, retina and melanoma tissue specimens.

The RNAscope™ 2.5 High Definition(HD)- BROWN Assay, is based on ACD's patented signal amplification and background suppression technology. The 2.5 HD version is a high sensitive RNA ISH method and can be used for low expressing gene targets.The chromogen diaminobenzidine (DAB) used in the assay is standard in molecular pathology and suitable for a wide range of sample types as well as readily visible under a standard brightfield microscope.

RNAscope™ 2.5 HD Duplex Reagent Kit, is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) chromogenic assay designed for multiplexing up to two targets. It uses HRP (Green) and Fast Red chromogenic stains and the probe names often include C1 or C2. It is ideal for simultaneous detection of two RNA species using RNA ISH. Each RNAscope™ Duplex Reagent Kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in).

RNAscope™ 2.5 HD Duplex Detection Reagents kit, is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) chromogenic assay designed for multiplexing up to 2 targets. It uses HRP (Green) and Fast Red chromogenic stains and the probe names often include C1 or C2. Each RNAscope™ 2.5 HD Duplex Detection Reagent provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Larger tissue sections will result in fewer tests.

RNAscope™ 2.5 HD Detection Reagents-RED assay are designed for RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) based on ACD's patented signal amplification and background suppression technology. This manual assay is a single-plex, chromogenic-RED assay. The detection reagents contains AMP 1, APM2, AMP 3, AMP 4, AMP 5, AMP 6, Fast RED-A, Fast RED-B.
