BaseScope™ LS Reagent Kit is a RNA is based on ACD's patented signal amplification and background suppression technology. This highly sensitive RNA ISH technique and can be used for short targets and splice variants. The BaseScope™ LS Reagent Kit is designed for use with the Leica Bond Rx and includes the pretreatment and detection reagents for automated amplification. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~60 slides.

RNAscope™ VS Duplex Reagent Kit is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) single-plex, chromogenic -BROWN and RED assay designed for use with the Discovery Ultra automated IHC/ISH slide staining systems by Ventana Medical Systems. RNAscope™ VS Duplex Reagent Kit includes RNAscope VS Universal DUplex Detection Reagents (323310) RNAscope VS Accessory Kit (PN 320630), RNAscope Universal VS Sample Preparation Reagents (PN 323740), and RNAscope Target Retrieval Reagents (PN 322000) for offline pretreatment. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~60 slides.

RNAscope™ VS Universal AP Reagent Kit is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) single-plex, chromogenic -RED assay designed for use with the Discovery Ultra automated IHC/ISH slide staining systems by Ventana Medical Systems. RNAscope™ LS (Leica Biosystems) Multiplex assay is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) fluorescent assay for use of three fluorescent dyes for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability with the Leica Biosystems BOND RX automated IHC/ISH slide staining systems (Note: Using Leica Software v BDZ 11). The kit includes the pretreatment, TSA buffer (322810), and detection reagents for automated amplification. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~60 slides. Leica Research Kit (DS9455) , is also required to run the RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent Kit.

RNAscope™ LS 4-Plex Ancillary kit is designed to work with RNAscope LS Multiplex Flourescent Reagent Kit (322800) for 4 plex fluorescent in situ hybridization. It contains C4 HRP blocker and TSA buffer. Note: Opal fluorophores from Akoya Biosciences must be purchased separately (Opal 520, PN FP1487001KT; Opal 570, PN FP1488001KT; Opal 620, PN FP1495001KT; Opal 690, PN FP1497001KT). Multi spectral imaging systems are required for adequate imaging of 4 plex fluorescent images
