RNAscope™ Intro Pack for Multiplex Fluorescent Reagent Kit v2- Mm recommended for new users getting started with RNAscope assay on mouse samples. It includes required materials such as: RNAscope™ Multiplex Fluorescent Reagents Kit ,FFPE Control Slide Pack -Mouse 3T3 Cell Pellet (PN 310023),Hydrophobic Barrier Pen (PN 310018), RNAscope™ 3-plex Positive Control Probe_Mm(PN 320881), RNAscope™ 3-plex Negative Control Probe(PN 320871) and RNAscope™ Probe Diluent (300041). Users can use the control slides and the probes, to get familiar with the assay workflow and staining results.

RNAscope™ Multiplex Fluorescent Reagent Kit v2 is a RNA in situ hybridization (ISH) assay designed as a fluorescent dye for single plex, duplex and up to 3-plex capability. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~20 tissue sections, each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75in x 0.75in). Each kit contains: RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent Detection Kit (PN 323110), RNAscope H202 and Protease Reagents (PN 322381) and RNAscope Target Retrieval reagents (322000), RNAscope Wash Buffer (PN 310091).

RNAscope™ 4-Plex Ancillary kit is designed to work with RNAscope Multiplex Flourescent Reagent Kit v2 (323100) for 4 plex fluorescent in situ hybridization. It contains C4 HRP and blocker. Note: Opal fluorophores from Akoya Biosciences must be purchased separately (Opal 520, PN FP1487001KT; Opal 570, PN FP1488001KT; Opal 620, PN FP1495001KT; Opal 690, PN FP1497001KT).
