The 2.5 HD version is a high sensitive RNA ISH method and can be used for low expressing gene targets.The chromogen diaminobenzidine (DAB) used in the assay is standard in molecular pathology and suitable for a wide range of sample types as well as readily visible under a standard brightfield microscope.

This manual assay is a single-plex, chromogenic-RED assay. The detection reagents contains AMP 1, APM2, AMP 3, AMP 4, AMP 5, AMP 6, Fast RED-A, Fast RED-B.
