It contains hydrogen peroxide (2 bottles) , target retrieval (4 bottles), Protease Plus (2 bottles), Protease III (2 bottles) and Protease IV (2 bottles). With these reagents, prepare your samples for RNAscope manual assay with any of the following - FFPE, Fresh frozen or Fixed frozen tissues and or Adherent or Cultured Cells. Note:Compatible with RNAscope and BaseScope Amplification reagents.
