How to Order - Canadian and US customers
- Step 1:
Create an account
Once you submit your registration, a Customer Care representative will approve your account.
- Step 2:
Log in
Log into ACD online account and see prices, request for quotes, place online orders and track orders.
You can also pull up quotes created for your colleagues.
- Step 3:
Shop products
Select Products from the main menu or search by gene or product type.
- Step 4:
Shop probes
Select Products from the main menu or search by gene or product type.
- Step 5:
Shop controls
Select "Products" from the main menu then select "Controls." You will need to shop for control slides and control probes.
- Step 6:
Review cart
Items will be automatically added to your cart where you can generate quotes or check out with a credit card.
- Step 7:
Get Quote
Click on "Email Quote" and the system will automatically send you quote PDF file.
- Step 8:
Checkout with credit card or P.O.
Complete billing and shipping information or update from My Account page. Review order and submit. It's that easy.
- Step 9:
See account history for shipping status
You can see the account history for shipping status and to reorder.
