RNAscope ISH for Diagnostics
ACD has partnered with Leica Biosystems to develop the fully automated RNAscope ISH technology, available for diagnostic use. The RNAscope ISH Technology has been optimized for diagnostic and clinical use on the BOND III Advanced Staining Clinical Platform. Please contact Leica Biosystems for more supporting information.
There are currently 16 ASR probes available: targeted for Albumin, CMV, EBV, HPV-6, HPV-11 (concentrate), HPV-16, HPV-18 (concentrate), HPV-31, HPV-31 (concentrate), HPV-33 (concentrate), Napsin-A, SARS-CoV-2, and TTF-1 covering a number of clinical disease states, as well as control probes: PPIB (Positive), UBC (Positive), and dapB (negative).

The ACD ASR Chromogenic ISH probes have been developed in partnership by both ACD and Leica Biosystems to be a fully-automated, plug and play RNA ISH that fits seamlessly with existing clinical laboratory equipment and workflows. The clinically proven standard protocol on the Bond III provides superior accuracy, reproducibility and reliability. The established chromogenic detection allows for standard bright-field review and analysis as preferred by pathologists, accustomed to reviewing IHC.
