April 16 (10:00am - 3:00pm) @ Kendall Square Marriott - Cambridge |
The RNA Revolution: We are pleased to invite scientists from pharmaceutical, biotech and academic laboratories, who are interested in enhancing their gene expression research with the RNAscope® assay, to join our free ACD symposium. With over 2000 publications in top scientific journals, the RNAscope® assay has become a routinely-used method for tissue-based gene expression analysis in biopharma target validation, disease biology research and biomarker development. With the capacity to provide single-cell and single-RNA molecule gene expression analysis in the context of complex tissue microenvironments, RNAscope ISH assay is the essential tool to complement and/or validate data from technologies like IHC, qPCR or NGS. This symposium will feature presentations by distinguished scientists who have successfully applied the RNAscope® assay to their research. Additionally, ACD scientists will be present to help new or recent users understanding of the RNAscope® assay and discuss how to produce high quality results. Presentations include: Cell and Gene Therapy – Advancements in RNA/DNA in situ Hybridization enabling the visualization of tissue biodistribution James Rottman, D.V.M., Ph.D., D.A.C.V.P.; bluebird bio Leveraging RNAscope for clinical insights into DKK1 expression Mike Kagey, Ph.D.; Leap Therapeutics Using mRNA probe as NK cell identification marker for in vivo study Yu Yang, M.S.; Takeda Sensory experience engages TWEAK/Fn14 cytokine signlaing to remodel developing synapses Lucas Cheadle, Ph.D.; Harvard Medical School RNAscope - Continuing to expand the landscape of tissue expression analysis Christopher Bunker, Ph.D.; Advanced Cell Diagnostics Pharma Assay Services: Delivering customized, consultative assay service Ruby Hsu, Ph.D.; Advanced Cell Diagnostics |
