RNAscope in situ hybridization has become a gold standard tool to spatially map transcriptomic gene expression profiles and to localize known and novel cell populations at single-cell resolution in the tissue context. In this webinar, our guest speaker will present their latest publication in Cell Reports Methods using RNAscope HiPlex assay, and share the pipeline that they have developed for high dimensional in situ quantification and spatial analysis of gene expression using a dual immunohistochemistry-RNAscope protocol.
