The RNAscope™ in situ hybridization (ISH) technology provides a powerful method to detect gene expression within the spatial and morphological tissue context. The proprietary probe design in combination with advanced signal amplification enables robustly high signal-to-noise and allows for the detection of gene transcripts at the single molecule level with single-cell resolution. Now, this webcast will present the miRNAscope™ Assay, an advanced in situ hybridization platform that allows for highly specific and sensitive visualization of small RNA species expression with single-cell resolution.
