Spatial mapping and in situ confirmation of gene signatures using multiplexed RNAscope ISH Technology

In this webinar, we will explain how to visualize RNA in situ targets identified by various single cell discovery tools such as scRNAsequencing using the RNAscope™ technology. We will discuss in detail the various formats of the RNAscope ISH assay catered towards different levels of plexing ranging from 4-plex, 12-plex and upto 48-plex RNA detection on a single tissue section enabling researchers to resolve their transcriptomic data on a morphological context at a single cell resolution.
