The RNAscope in situ hybridization (ISH) technology provides a powerful method to detect gene expression within the spatial and morphological tissue context. The proprietary probe design, in combination with the advanced signal amplification enables highly specific and sensitive detection of target RNA with each dot representing a single RNA transcript. This robust signal-to-noise technology allows for the detection of gene transcripts at the single molecule level with single-cell resolution and can further expand our understanding of gene expression in cell lines and tissues samples. In this webinar, we will review various ACD product lines and discuss the utilization of each product line for specific applications.
- Introduction to the various product lines
- Key applications that necessitate the use of the RNAscope, BaseScope™ and miRNAscope assays
