RNAscope and BaseScope in situ hybridization (ISH) platforms are utilized widely for high resolution tissue-based target expression analysis in human archival and clinical biopsies, as well as in preclinical animal models. ACD’s RNA ISH assays are clinically validated and enable quantitative, cell-specific expression analysis within the TME. Advances in RNAscope technologies will be discussed in relation to immuno-oncology research and development:
- Multiplexed RNA ISH
- Dual ISH/IHC for target analysis and immune profiling
- Isoform-specific assays with exon junction probes
- HiPlex 12-plex RNAscope for spatial transcriptomics
- CAR-T cell detection in solid tumor tissues
- TCR clone detection in TIL populations
