RNAscope™ LS 4-Plex Ancillary kit is designed to work with RNAscope LS Multiplex Flourescent Reagent Kit (322800) for 4 plex fluorescent in situ hybridization. It contains C4 HRP blocker and TSA buffer. Note: Opal fluorophores from Akoya Biosciences must be purchased separately (Opal 520, PN FP1487001KT; Opal 570, PN FP1488001KT; Opal 620, PN FP1495001KT; Opal 690, PN FP1497001KT). Multi spectral imaging systems are required for adequate imaging of 4 plex fluorescent images

The automated system provides high throughput, reproducible RNA ISH results with minimal hands-on time. RNAscope™Leica Reagent Kit, includes the pretreatment and detection reagents for automated amplification. Each reagent kit provides enough reagents to stain ~60 slides/tissue sections (20 slides or two trays per run), each with an area of approximately 20 mm x 20 mm (0.75inx 0.75in).
