Outline:

During this seminar, we explored the technology behind RNAscope, the highly sensitive and specific RNA in situ hybridization. Ranging in clinical applications from oncology to infectious diseases, RNAscope is fully automated on existing immunohistochemistry platforms providing clear answers while seamlessly fitting into existing anatomic pathology workflows. We will highlight RNAscope in supporting the evaluation of lymphomas, specifically via IgK, IgL and IGLL5 in situ hybridization as well as demonstrate the value of emerging markers in renal cell carcinomas.
