Outline:
RNAscope™ in situ hybridization (ISH) technology is the gold standard in RNA tissue imaging, backed by over 5,000 research publications. Enabling interrogation of up to 12 different RNA targets in a single FFPE tissue section or up to 48 targets in fixed-frozen or fresh-frozen samples, you can easily visualize just the genes you want in any tissue or organism.
In this webinar we will introduce the unique capabilities of RNAscope and share examples of how it has been used to make meaningful advances in biological discovery and translational research in conjunction with:
- RNAseq
- Single-cell sequencing (scRNA-seq)
- Spatial profiling applications
Learning Objectives:
- Introduction to RNAscope technology.
- Co-detection of RNA and protein (ISH+IHC/IF) for greater insight.
- New spatial biology insights using RNAscope in conjunction with scRNA-seq and spatial profiling applications.
