Spatial mapping of gene expression and genetic variants in the tissue context with the RNAscope technology for Stem Cell Research Nucleic acid-based molecular detection methods have revolutionized detection of stem cell markers, offering several essential advantages such as sensitivity, specificity, and multiplexing capabilities. Beyond this, RNAscope ISH uniquely offers molecular detection at a single cell resolution coupled with morphological context to enable visualization of these stem cell markers in various tissue types such as organoids, frozen and FFPE tissues.
