Outline:

The RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent assays provide the same exceptional sensitivity as our singleplex assays, allowing single-molecule detection of several RNA targets simultaneously and are ideal for co-localization studies of any expressed gene set in nearly any tissue type.  The new RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent v2 combined with Perkin Elmer’s TSA™ Plus technology enables additional capabilities including dual ISH-IHC for RNA and protein co-expression.

Key benefits:

  • Detection of up to four RNA targets simultaneously*
  • Ideal for formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue
  • Ideal for low expressing targets or tissues with high auto fluorescence in oncology and neuroscience

*4 plex capability enabled with RNAscope 4-Plex Ancillary Kit for Multiplex Fluorescent v2

Who should attend:
  • Researchers interested in visualizing up to 4 RNA targets simultaneously
  • Researchers working with FFPE samples or tissues with high auto-fluorescence
  • Researchers seeking a method to visualize very low expressing genes
  • Researchers interested in applying both RNAscope ISH and IHC to the same samples
Learning Objectives:
  • Obtain details behind the technological improvements
  • Understand when to choose this option
  • See how it works with FFPE samples and auto-fluorescing tissues
  • Get details on what to order
  • How to access this assay in your lab or via ACD's Pharma Assay Services
