Advanced Cell Diagnostics is a fast growing biotechnology corporation.  The customer account base has grown three fold in just the last 10 months leaving a need for a technical liaison to partner with the existing territory managers to call into existing accounts in a consistent manner to ensure that 1) customers are satisfied with ACD products and services, 2) repeat orders are received, 3) recruitment of new customers for ACD products and 4) leverage existing customers to obtain referral sales.

Education Experience

  • Bachelors Degree at minimum.
  • Lab experience in the areas of IHC, RT-PCR, FISH, Gene Expression Profiling, or related area is preferred.
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations.
  • Strong communication and computer skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Manage and generate new orders from existing accounts across the United States.
  • Establishing and maintaining communication with prospects & customers on company products and services.
  • Corresponding with customers via telephone, email, onsite or other means to take orders, solicit opinions, and provide information about new products and services.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records and complete reports.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in the field in order to provide competitive information to field.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations to prospects on the phone, online and in field.
  • Collaborate with assigned Account Executives in the development of new and existing accounts.
  • Operate internal search engines and marketing tools to identify prospects and future customers.
  • Occasionally participates in symposium conferences to man booth and provide technical support.
  • May require up to 15% travel.
