Validated protocols for dual ISH and IHC or IF

Identification of specific cell types, particularly immune cells, using antibodies against CD markers is well-established. RNAscope in situ hybridization (ISH) is the most sensitive and specific method available for tissue-based target detection and it can enable multiplexed detection of any targets. To enable cell-specific expression analysis, we have validated cell marker antibodies that can be combined with any RNAscope probes with standardized protocols for use on established autostainer instrumentation.
